Delete Your Account and Associated Data

At FlexAppz, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Send an email to support@flexappz.com with the subject line: "Delete My Account".
2. Include your registered email address or username in the message so we can identify your account.
3. Our team will process your request within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Ride history and trip data
• Saved payment methods
• Profile picture and preferences

Data That May Be Retained:

Some data may be kept for up to 90 days for legal, safety, or fraud prevention purposes.
